Peel the potatoes and apples. Chop the potatoes into bite-sized chunks, the apples into wedges.
Chop the sweet peppers into strips.
Cube the onions and crush the garlic cloves.
Add oil into a pan until nice and hot, then add the ingredients above and sauté.
Add the tomato sauce and vegetable consommé, bring to the boil, add spices, and cook with a covered pan for 15 to 20 minutes.
